Transoft Solutions Inc., developers of innovative transportation engineering software solutions, is pleased to announce that Steven Cheng has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cheng was formerly the VP, Software Development and Technology – a position he held since 2005.
Mr. Cheng joined Transoft in 1998 and brought with him over 10 years of software development experience as programmer, architect and manager. As Vice President, Software Development and Technology, he was in charge of all aspects of software development, technical support and quality assurance.
